What makes this different
What clients say
Experiences of clarity, support, and meaningful change through reflective, evidence-aware coaching.
A few practical answers to help you understand how the work works, what to expect, and whether it feels right for you.
How do I know if personal coaching is right for me?
Personal coaching is often the right fit if you want a private, steady space to explore what is changing in you and around you. You do not need to be in crisis or have everything clearly defined. If something feels stretched, unsettled, or unlike you, and you want thoughtful support to make sense of it, this work may be a good place to begin.
What kinds of things can we work on together?
The work can support a wide range of midlife experiences, including menopause and perimenopause, shifts in identity or confidence, burnout, emotional fatigue, boundaries, career change, leadership pressure, and the quieter feeling that something in life no longer fits as it once did. The focus is always shaped around what feels most relevant and useful to you.
Is this coaching only for menopause support?
No. Menopause may be part of the picture, but this work is broader than symptom support alone. It is designed for women navigating midlife as a whole, including the emotional, practical, relational, and identity-level changes that often come with this stage of life.
What happens in a 1:1 session?
Sessions are calm, structured, and spacious. Together, we explore what is happening for you at a pace that feels manageable, drawing attention to patterns, pressures, priorities, and what may need support. The aim is that you leave with greater clarity, steadiness, and a more grounded sense of what comes next.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before I start?
No. Many women come to coaching because they cannot yet fully name what feels off. You may only know that something has shifted, or that you are no longer feeling like yourself. That is enough. The work begins where you are, even if the first task is simply finding language for what is happening.
How is this different from therapy or counselling?
Coaching is a forward-facing, reflective process designed to help you understand where you are, what is changing, and how you want to move forward. It is not therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. Where deeper therapeutic or clinical support is needed, that will be acknowledged clearly and appropriately signposted.
What does trauma-sensitive coaching mean in practice?
Trauma-sensitive coaching works in a way that respects your nervous system, your pace, and your lived experience. It does not push, rush, or override what feels manageable. Your autonomy stays central throughout, and the work focuses on creating enough safety, steadiness, and clarity for meaningful reflection and change.
What kind of outcomes do clients typically experience?
Clients often describe feeling clearer, steadier, and more connected to themselves. They may notice stronger boundaries, better decision-making, a calmer relationship with change, and a greater sense of self-trust. The work is not about quick fixes, but about helping you understand what is happening and respond in a way that feels more grounded and sustainable.
What happens on an enquiry call?
An enquiry call is a simple first conversation to understand what brings you here, what kind of support you may be looking for, and whether the work feels like the right fit. It is not a pressure call or a hard sell. It is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for the approach, and decide whether you would like to take the next step.
Coaching begins with an initial conversation to understand what you are looking for and whether this work feels like the right fit. From there, the most suitable programme or way of working can be discussed, based on the level of support, structure, and pace you need.
