A few practical answers about the programme, how it works, and what you can expect from taking part.
What is the group programme?
The group programme is a small, carefully held space for women in midlife who want connection, reflection, and structured support. It combines teaching, guided inquiry, and shared conversation, without pressure to perform or overshare.
How big are the groups?
Groups are usually made up of 6 to 10 women. This keeps the space small enough to feel safe and spacious enough to feel supportive.
Do I need to share personal details?
No. You choose your level of participation. Listening is welcome, and often just as valuable as speaking.
What will I learn or experience?
The programme explores midlife as a developmental threshold and supports women in understanding menopause-related emotional, physical, or cognitive changes. It also offers tools for emotional steadiness and nervous system regulation, space for identity work, and support around boundaries, energy, and self-trust. Just as importantly, it helps create the feeling that you are not navigating this alone.
What if I can’t attend every session?
Life happens, and the programme is designed with that in mind. If you miss a session, you will not lose your place or fall behind. Each session has value in its own right, and you will still have access to the reflections, resources, and themes explored that week. Many women find that simply returning to the group the following session feels grounding and reconnecting.
