Cookie Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. About this policy

This policy explains how the Pause & Beyond website, www.pauseandbeyond.com, uses cookies and similar technologies, and the choices you have about them.

The website is run by Kirstie Walker-Poole Ltd, trading as Pause & Beyond. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kirstie Walker-Poole Ltd. This policy sits alongside our Privacy Notice, which explains more generally how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website can save on your phone, tablet or computer when you visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way, so where this policy says “cookies” it includes those too.

Some cookies are needed for a website to work. Others remember your choices, help a website owner understand how their site is used, or support advertising.

3. Cookies on our website

We have kept our website as simple as we can. Our own pages do not place cookies on your device, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

Website statistics

Our website is built and hosted on Framer. We use Framer’s built-in analytics to see, in general terms, how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. This helps us understand what is useful and improve the site over time. Framer’s analytics does not use cookies and is designed not to collect personal data about visitors.

Fonts

Some of the fonts on our website are provided by Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which means Google receives basic technical information such as your IP address, as happens whenever a website loads content from another server. Google Fonts does not place cookies on your device.

4. Our booking calendar

Our Contact page includes a booking calendar provided by Calendly, so you can arrange a free enquiry call. Calendly sets its own cookies inside the calendar, including some it needs in order to work and some that are optional.

When the calendar loads, Calendly shows its own cookie message, where you can accept all cookies, decline the optional ones, or choose your settings. Those choices are managed by Calendly rather than by us. You can read more in Calendly’s privacy notice at https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice

If you would rather not use the calendar, you are very welcome to send a message using the form on the same page, or to email hello@pauseandbeyond.com, and we will find a time with you directly.

5. Links to other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as our social media profiles. If you follow one of those links, the other site’s own cookie policy applies, and we would encourage you to read it.

6. Managing cookies

You can view, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Each browser does this slightly differently, so the help pages for your browser are the best place to look.

Blocking all cookies may stop some websites working as they should. On our website, the feature most likely to be affected is the Calendly booking calendar.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add anything to our website that uses cookies, such as a different analytics tool, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent wherever the law requires it. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.

8. Contact us
