Private, bespoke support for the complex work of rebuilding — your health, your sense of self, and what comes next

Finishing treatment is not the end of cancer's impact on your life. For many women, it is the beginning of a quieter, harder stretch — one that receives far less support than the treatment itself.
The medical team steps back. The structure falls away. And you are left holding a body that has been through something significant, a self that feels changed in ways that are hard to name, and a future that needs to be re-authored from a different starting point.
This programme exists for that space.
It is evidence-aware, trauma-sensitive coaching — bespoke to where you are, not where you are expected to be. We begin by understanding your experience in full, and then build a way of working that fits the complexity of what you are actually navigating.
Women who have completed active treatment for a hormone-led cancer — including breast, ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers — and are working out what life looks and feels like now.
This includes women who are on ongoing hormone therapy such as tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors. Finishing chemotherapy or surgery does not mean the relationship with cancer is over, and the support you need does not end there either.
You may be dealing with treatment-induced menopause — sudden, severe, and without access to the hormonal support most women are offered. You may be navigating a body that looks or functions differently. You may be grieving something you cannot quite name, or feeling pressure to be grateful and fine when you are neither.
You do not need to be in crisis to begin. You need to feel that something significant has happened, and that you deserve support that actually meets it.
Rebuilding your physical self Energy, body trust, and sustainable habits — after treatment changes everything, we work with what your body can do now, not what it could do before.
Reframing your identity Who you are now is not who you were before. That is not a failure — it is the work. We explore what has shifted, what you want to carry forward, and what you are ready to leave behind.
Grieving what treatment took Cancer takes more than health. It takes time, certainty, relationships, a sense of physical safety, and sometimes a future that looked different. This work makes space for that grief honestly and without rushing it.
Moving forward with intention Not back to normal — forward into something that is genuinely and deliberately yours. Clarity about what you want, and a grounded way of moving toward it.
This is not a fixed package. It is a programme built around you.
We begin with a deep intake and assessment — a thorough conversation about your cancer experience, your treatment, where you are now, and what you are hoping this work will make possible. That conversation shapes everything that follows.
From there, we agree a session structure that reflects the complexity and pace of your particular journey. Some clients need more time to rebuild slowly. Others come ready to move. The programme adapts to that.
Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, held regularly throughout the programme. Between sessions, you have access to resources relevant to your specific goals on menopause, identity, movement, sleep, or whatever the work calls for.
The programme ends with a review session and a forward roadmap, and a clear picture of how far you have come and where to take it next.
This programme is priced from £950, but will vary to reflet the bespoke nature of the work and the session range agreed at intake.

A few practical answers about the programme, how it works, and what you can expect from taking part.
How is this different from counselling or therapy?
Coaching and therapy are different forms of support, and both can be valuable. Coaching is forward-focused — it works with where you are now and where you want to go. It does not treat trauma or diagnose, but it is trauma-sensitive: the work is paced carefully, and nothing moves faster than you are ready for. If anything comes up that would benefit from therapeutic support, I will say so.
I am still on hormone therapy. Can I start now?
Yes. Women on ongoing hormone therapy — tamoxifen, aromatase inhibitors, or other long-term medication — are very much within the scope of this programme. You do not need to have finished every element of your medical treatment to begin
I had a hormone-sensitive cancer and cannot take HRT. Is that relevant here?
Yes, and it is central to why this programme exists. Many women with hormone-led cancers experience severe menopausal symptoms without access to HRT. Coaching cannot replace medical support, but it can work alongside it — helping you navigate the symptoms, the identity shifts, and the emotional weight in a way that most clinical settings do not have time or space for.
What if my energy and capacity fluctuate week to week?
That is expected, and the programme is designed with that in mind. Sessions are paced to where you are, not to a fixed schedule. If you need to slow down or pause, we make space for that.
Do I need to know what I want to work on before I start?
No. Many clients begin because they know something significant has happened, but cannot yet name what they need. The intake process is designed to help us find that together. You can arrive with uncertainty — that is a perfectly valid place to start.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Confidentiality is central to the work. What you share stays within the coaching space, except where there is a legal or safeguarding duty to act. The intention is to offer a space where you can speak honestly and explore what is happening beneath the surface, without judgement.
How long is the programme?
That is agreed at intake, based on your specific situation. Most clients work together for between 12 and 20 sessions, though the range can vary. We build a structure that is right for you — not one that fits a standard format.
