Start here.

If you’ve finished cancer treatment, or you’re still in follow-up care, and you find yourself asking “now what?”, you’re in the right place.

There was a plan for getting you through treatment. Nobody gave you one for afterwards. Here are three gentle places to begin.

A short guided reflection.

Treatment has finished. Why don’t I feel like me?

A short guided reflection for women navigating life after cancer. It has space to write, exercises for getting to know yourself again, a few practical suggestions for the weeks ahead, and some phrases to use when you can’t find the words to explain how you feel.

It’s free, and I’ll send it straight to your inbox. It’s a reflection exercise, not medical, psychological or counselling advice.

You’ll receive the reflection by email, and the occasional email from me. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Come and have a coffee.

I run the Cups and Courage coffee morning on the first Friday of every month, 10 to 11.30am, at The Bagnall Centre, Chesham. It’s free, there’s no need to book, and it’s for anyone at any stage of their breast cancer journey.

To hear about future events, you can join the events list.

A little about me.

I’m Kirstie. After years leading change in large organisations, I now coach women through what comes after cancer treatment, and through menopause. I bring the rigour of transformation leadership to a very human question, which is what comes next. I don’t tell anyone what to do, or how fast to do it.

If you’d like a chat.

If you’d like to talk about whether coaching might help, you’re welcome to book a free half-hour call. There’s no pressure to do anything afterwards.

Or get in touch at hello@pauseandbeyond.com

Coaching sits alongside medical care, not in place of it.

Pause, notice, and move beyond.
