The Pause & Beyond Programme

The Pause & Beyond Programme

Private, personalised support to help you navigate menopause and the wider identity, emotional and lifestyle shifts of midlife

Overview

Overview

Every 1:1 programme moves through four stages. Recognition, noticing what's actually shifting, often before you have words for it. Clarity, understanding what's really driving it, rather than filing it under stress or "just my age." Direction, deciding what you're actually working toward now, on your own terms. Design, reshaping your actual week so the change survives an ordinary one, not only a good one.

The Programme

The Programme

The Pause & Beyond Programme. 12 private coaching sessions, paced weekly or fortnightly, whichever gives you room to actually try what we work on. £2,650. Includes a three-month check-in after we finish.

Want to keep going after your 12 sessions? Individual extra sessions are available at £150 each, whenever you need them.

Our guarantee

Our guarantee

If what we design together isn't holding up against your actual week, we don't wait until the end to find out. Partway through, around session 6, we stop and rework it, together, at no extra cost. That's not a promise about the outcome. It's a promise about the process: you won't be left holding a plan that isn't working.

This depends on us both doing our part: attending at least 90% of your sessions, doing your best with the actions you've chosen between sessions, being honest with me when something isn't working, and giving at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule.

Have questions?

Have questions?

A few practical answers about the programme, how it works, and what you can expect from taking part.

What happens in a 1:1 session?

Sessions are calm, structured, and spacious. Together, we explore what is happening for you emotionally, physically, mentally, and practically, at a pace that feels safe and manageable. The aim is to leave each session with greater clarity, insight, and a more grounded sense of direction.

How long is a 1:1 coaching session?

Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, shaped by what the week needs rather than the clock.

What can we work on together?

The work can support menopause-related emotional, physical, or cognitive changes, as well as confidence, identity, self-worth, boundaries, people-pleasing, burnout, overwhelm, leadership fatigue, career transitions, and life after a major shift such as divorce, loss, caregiving, an empty nest, or health challenges.

How do I know if 1:1 coaching is right for me?

If you want a private, steady space to explore what is changing in you, 1:1 coaching is often the best fit. It allows us to go deeper into your patterns, identity, and menopause experience in a way that is tailored entirely to you. Unlike the group programme, which offers shared learning and connection, this work moves fully at your pace and centres your specific needs. Some women also come to 1:1 coaching after the group programme when they are ready for more personalised, transformational work.

Do I need to know what I want to work on before I start?

No. Many clients begin coaching because they cannot quite name what feels off. You may simply feel disconnected, stretched, or unlike yourself. The work begins exactly where you are, even if all you can say is that something needs to change, but you do not yet know what.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is central to the work. What you share stays within the coaching space, except where there is a legal or safeguarding duty to act. The intention is to offer a space where you can speak honestly, reflect freely, and explore what is happening beneath the surface without judgement.

Will this feel like a straight line to the outcome I want?

Not exactly, and that's deliberate. Most women move through Recognition, Clarity, Direction and Design more than once, each a little further along, rather than ticking each one off in order. If a session feels familiar, like you've been here before, that's usually the method working, not a sign you've gone backwards.
